• You’ll get early exposure to innovations shaping your industry and will have a voice in how those emerge.

• Professionals with relevant industry experience, domain knowledge, or specialized expertise.
• People who are willing to participate in research (surveys, interviews, product feedback) and share their perspective.

• Complete the profiling/onboarding survey so we know your background, interests, and availability.
• Once onboarded, you’ll begin receiving invites to participate in studies.
• You’ll receive a PIN member ID that will help with referrals and tracking.

• Based on your profile (industry, role, areas of expertise), we match you to studies where your insights will be most valuable.
• You’ll get invites that fit your background; you choose whether to accept.
• If a study isn’t a fit or you’re busy, you can skip it — no obligation.

• Compensation varies by study length, format, and depth — generally $25–$75 for surveys and $100–$300 for 60-minute interviews.
• You’ll be informed of compensation when invited to a study.
• Referral bonuses are available when someone you refer participates.

• No obligation to participate in every invitation.
• Skipping a study does not impact future eligibility.

• You will not be asked for proprietary employer information.
• Your personal data will not be sold or shared externally — only used to match you to studies.
• Research is conducted securely under standard confidentiality practices.

• You participate independently and on your own schedule.
• You’ll never be asked to share confidential employer material.
• You should ensure participation aligns with your employer’s policies if applicable.

• No minimum time commitment.
• You choose when you want to participate.

It depends on how well your profile matches available studies. Some members may receive frequent invitations, others less often.

• You can refer colleagues or peers.
• You earn referral compensation when they participate in a study.
• Referrals must complete the survey using your referral link or by putting in your PIN ID to earn credit going forward.
• You can find your unique referral link and PIN ID in the welcome mail sent to PIN@paradoxesinc.com.
• Referral payments are issued within 3 weeks after completion of their study.
